Important Note on Our Blind & Deaf Education Program

ALMBDC is located in Belo in the North West Region of Cameroon. At present, our blind and deaf children are temporarily unable to attend school because the ongoing armed conflict scattered all our trained special needs teachers. However, we are actively looking forward to re-integrating them in the nearest future as soon as funding is available to train teachers, acquire Braille & sign language materials, and rebuild destroyed facilities.

A Commitment to Inclusive Education for Every Child

Ongoing civil conflict in Cameroon's English-speaking North West Region since 2016 has displaced thousands of families, disrupted schooling, and scattered trained educators. Basic services are severely lacking, making education a luxury many cannot afford.

Abundant Life Ministry for Blind & Deaf Children (ALMBDC) remains firmly committed to inclusive education for every child. We operate our center in Kitchu-Belo for primary and displaced children, while preparing for the full return of blind and deaf pupils.
